Swansea Wood School is a residential school for 25 emotionally disturbed, developmentally delayed, behaviorally-challenging adolescent boys and girls who could not be served in other settings. Basically it is a place where a group of kids can get the kindness, care and compassion that they might not get otherwise. The staff at the school wanted to build a video library for the kids so they would have a selection of movies to watch in their free time and knew the cost would be out of their reach. When the employees at Professional Business Printing Inc. heard about the request they all pitched in and gathered as many DVDs they could get from their homes and friends. That combined with the company purchasing over 30 movies gave the Swansea Wood School a video library with over 60 movies for the kids to choose from. Tony Pires, president said “ during these tough economic times and the holidays it was a great opportunity for everyone here to do some good for a group of kids who really would appreciate it and we had a lot of fun doing it”.
